Richard Copper & Company specialise in the design of art sculptures and collectibles across broad and diverse subjects such as Country Pursuits, British Wildlife, Birds and Stags to name a few. Richard Cooper Bronze sees their designs produced in fine foundry bronze using the ancient method of lost wax casting and finished in the traditional way of patination.
Care for Bronze Sculptures: The finished design is coated in wax to preserve this look. It can be handled and polished in this state, but of course, if the surface is severely scratched in any cleaning process the wax will be removed and the surface damaged. We would suggest using a dry paint brush to remove dust from time to time. It’s lustre, or patina, will improve over time.
