Online Returns & Refunds Policy

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your item, then we will be happy to offer a full refund 14 days from the purchase date. This could take between 7 to 10 days depending on your bank T&C’s.  Refunds are usually issued within 48 hours after the item has been received and checked.

If you would like to return the item after this time frame, then we can offer an exchange for something of the same value before 30 days from the purchase date.

To return any item within the time frames stated, then please contact us via email on info@harrisonsjewellers.co.uk first to arrange a return. The item must be sent back unworn with any tags, in the original packaging and with the original order confirmation.

We would advise returning items via recorded or special delivery as you will be provided with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange the item, please inform us by email on info@harrisonsjewellers.co.uk telling us the reason for this and the new item code.  In the event the item is cheaper than originally ordered we will refund you the difference, if the item is more than the original purchase value you will be required to pay the difference before we issue you the replacement. 

The replacement piece will be sent out once we receive the original item. The item must be sent back unworn with any tags, in the original packaging with the order confirmation.

Online Exclusions

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Although we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons, under exceptional circumstances this will be under the Manager’s discretion.
