Design & Valuation Service

We also offer, in all of our stores, a full design and valuation service which allows you to create your own beautiful piece of jewellery. You can drop in or make an appointment to see Matthew and his team to discuss something to be repaired, remodelled or valued. You can sit with our jeweller, Paul Harrison (a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Goldsmiths) who can advise and assist you to make a beautiful bespoke piece. You can also incorporate your own gold in these items if you wish.

Repair Service

We have a professional and comprehensive repair service with standard repairs turned around in under a week, these are transported to our workshop by our professional team.  We respect that most peoples jewellery are of sentimental value.
